IMPORT & EXPORT
When purchasing goods from EASY IMEX the entire export and import process is handled by us. Our Import/Export services make it possible for business or individuals that have no knowledge or experience of import/export to successfully import goods from China hassle free. If you are in the UK then import procedures and delivery of your goods are handled by EASY IMEX LTD, if your in Australia these procedures are handled by EASY IMEX PTY LTD. For all other countries we will appoint an agent to you who will arrange the importing and delivery of your products.
SOURCING
Been trying to locate a product in China? Not sure where to start looking? Or are you fed up of contacting agents on global sources and alibaba pretending they are factories and getting silly quotes? Not sure who to trust?
EASY IMEX is a member of two Chinese government associations, which have been set up for the sole purpose of encouraging foreign export. This gives us direct access to 80,000 factories all over China. Not agents, like you will find on the Internet claiming ‘they are the factory’ we deal with the factories direct. In addition to this we also have Chinese employees who are experienced in sourcing and work with us to support your requirements.
ATTENTION:- Please note we will not export any brand name products. i.e. Sony, Nokia etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
As any experienced importer of Chinese goods would probably know all too well, one of the most common problems for any business or individual importing goods from China is the quality of the products. All goods exported by EASY IMEX will go through a Quality Control inspection before they are exported.
We have different levels of quality control depending on our member’s requirements and the products involved. Our basic Quality Control check is cross referenced with the sales contract between the factory and our members. This ensures that basic points are covered: quantities, colours, power supply etc. We also test a percentage of products to detect any faulty goods or pick up any obvious defects.
EASY IMEX also works with a range of organisations across China who are able to carry out advanced mechanical and chemical inspections. And you'll get a 50+ page report on your goods. Although most QC is done in house we also work with several inspection companies depending on the products and expertise required.
MONTHLY EXPORTS
Once per month we run a mixed container service to both the UK, Australia and the USA. It's made up of smaller orders from our members. This means we can export smaller quantities of goods for our members in a way that gives them the same cost advantage as companies that import their own container loads. This is a very unique service and one that offers smaller companies and individuals the chance to compete, if not beat the big players on price!
DOOR TO DOOR LOGISTICS
We can export FCL (full container load) and LCL (less than container load) to any major port in the world. Using China Shipping and other major shipping lines. We arrange the entire process from exporting your goods from China to delivering to your door.
Often when businesses or individuals import goods into their country they're hit with a nasty surprise. The goods arrive and they're stung with a large bill from a freight agent. Yes there are essential costs, VAT and duty etc. But all the other charges: freight, paperwork, document handling, port charges, customs clearance and transport can be charged at far higher rates than they should be. At EASY IMEX we look after our members interests. Not just with exporting but the entire import process right up to getting your goods to your door. You'll find our fees are the cheapest possible due to the volume we bring in. We're very transparent about these charges from the outset.
We are also able to provide a total landed & door to door quote before you go ahead with placing your order.
INSURANCE
Unfortunately containers do sometimes fall of the boat during transit or in rough seas ,ovment inside the container can cause goods to be damaged. When importing goods with EASY IMEX your goods will be insured by us during transit against damage and loss. All the prices of products we quote include insurance cost (CIF) we recognise that your order is an investment and as such we do not believe that this should not be covered against loss or damage.
TAX / DUTY / CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
One of the things that puts many people off importing is the minefield of customs clearance, tax, duty, commodity codes etc. As an EASY IMEX member we arrange for your goods to be cleared through customs and handle all paperwork on your behalf, we take care of all tax and duty and handle the whole lot in the most cost effective way. In short, as a member of EASY IMEX we take care of all of this for you. We will explain and educate you how it all works as we believe that in order to build the best trading relationships an appreciation of how each others business works goes a long way. If you are an experienced importer and wish to handle your own imports, naturally this is fine with us.
OEM BRANDING
For Gold & Silver members only, if you're looking to get something more specific manufactured in China we will find and arrange a reputable factory to produce your goods. Whether you want your goods branding with your logo on, products produced from your sample or generic goods adapted to your requirements we will arrange and oversee the production of these goods.
WELCOME PACK & CALL
Once you have joined EASY IMEX you will receive a Welcome Pack from us. The Welcome pack includes an introduction to Import & Export. Full contact & communication details, an A-Z index of trading teams/trading and other important information we would like our members to know, such as shipping times, Chinese holidays and basic import/export terminology. All of which we believe will help us and our members trade more effectively.
At this stage we will also arrange an initial Welcome phone call from the Managing Director Adam Gilbourne for an initial consultation.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
All members will be appointed an Account Manager once they have joined EASY IMEX. Although many of your contact may be with either some of the senior staff at EASY IMEX your Account Manager will be an office based member of staff who will assist you with sourcing, quotes, invoices and sales contracts.
LIVE ONLINE SUPPORT
For all of our members we offer regular weekly support sessions online. These support sessions are conducted via SKYPE. This enables Members to instant message, talk, and hold web conferences with various people within EASY IMEX. Sessions are subject to change schedule though we will provide a minimum of eight hours per week these will be spread over a various hours in the day/night in order to provide all members a convenient time to discuss any points at a time regardless of what time zone your in.
Weekly online sessions are also held by Adam Gilbourne the Managing Director for members which to discuss any issues which don’t fall under ‘day to day’ trading.
