Many members come to Easy Imex after they’ve found suppliers – yet aren’t sure how to proceed. It’s one thing to find a supplier on the other side of the world – it’s another to send off large amounts of money to them.

Chinese factories do not operate like Western companies. What is acceptable quality in China may not be acceptable in Australia, UK or Europe.
Don’t assume great English speaking skills equate to great production skills. Don’t assume anything the factory tells you is true. Don’t expect your factory to tell you if there are problems with your order.
China is hierarchical so learn who can (and cannot) make decisions within the factory. Otherwise you are wasting valuable time and energy.
The Chinese have a habit of hiding or denying problems making it hard to get the truth out until it’s too late. There’s also the perception of foreigners being ‘fair game’ to rip off.
