We’ll arrange for an EASY IMEX staff member to meet and greet you at Shanghai Airport (Pudong or Hongqiao) when you arrive in China. We will take you to your hotel, assist your check in and make sure your “China trip” gets off to a good start.

Members: Free

Non Members: Free, when factory tour is organized via EASY IMEX

 

If you don’t have a preferred hotel in Shanghai, we’ll arrange the 4 star hotel Ramada Gateway Plaza http://www.ramadaplazaxuhui.com/  which is next to our office building. It’s located in the Xu Jia Hui area downtown. The room rate is between RMB580 to RMB720 (USD85 to USD106) plus a 15% surcharge for deluxe rooms, depending on the season.

 

 

 

Þ   Factory Tours

 

Members: Free

Non Members: USD100 per staff per day

 

Our staff (or your account manager if a member) will come with you to the factory. Here’s how Easy Imex staff will help you:

-          Translation is provided for more effective communication

-          We’ll remind you of the culture protocols in China so no one is accidently offended

-          Assist in your negotiations with the factory

-          Ensure you build a good working relationship with the factory.

 

If your tour requires an overnight stay outside Shanghai, members and non member pay EASY IMEX staff’s accommodation and board.

 

 

 

Þ    General Transportation

 

Members: Charged at cost

Non Members: Charged at cost

 

In Shanghai - If factory is within Shanghai suburb area, taxi or company car will be the transportation. Company car only provided free for members when available, otherwise Shanghai taxi is RMB12(USD1.8) for first 1km, RMB4.2(USD0.62) per every 3km afterwards.

 

Outside of Shanghai –

 

1.    The train will be recommended for tours within 400km of Shanghai. Tickets cost between RMB60 to RMB100 (USD8.8 to USD15) each way.

 

2.     Rent a car for anywhere within 300km – A one day trip costs about RMB800 to RMB1900 (USD118 to USD279), depending on the type of car.

 

3.     Flights should be taken for anywhere further than 500km away. Ticket prices vary depending on the distance and which city. A rough guide: it costs between RMB800 to RMB 2000 (USD117 to 294) each way. If EASY IMEX staff are required to join the trip, all travel charges will be paid by customers (members and non member)

 

4.     Taxi’s within factory area will be paid by customer (member and non member). However, factories sometimes provide free transportation. It simply depends on the factory.
